	HISTORY ACTIVITIES CREATION OF A COAT OF ARMS (HERALDRY) This activity shows that it is possible to learn and play, share knowledge in a creative, educational and enjoyable activity. After a brief overview of the exhibition on heraldry, history, symbols and colors, rules and secrets of their compositions, history enthousiasts are invited to practice their knowledge by creating their own coat of arms. This activity is also possible for the creation of the crest of a school, a recreation center, association ... Location : Bureau Héraldique - Carcassonne ANCIENT WRITINGS The activities on ancient writings propose to study the evolution of writing from its origins and its evolution through the observation of objects relating to its history and its practice. We discover the origins of writing in Mesopotamia, with pictograms, hieroglyphs of Egyptian origin and observe the evolution of the form ans shapes of the letters to medieval times. At each stage relates a specific activity for which we can use the materials & equipment of the time. All students leave with their work and a certificate.
